What Is The Coven?

Coven is a private space for women who are ready to live with truth, desire, and depth.

It is a space where you are seen clearly— and where your life begins to change because of it.

APPLICATIONS OPEN SEASONALLY.

Lit Candles on Table

You’re allowed to want more than this.

More truth.
More desire.
More of a life that actually feels good in your body.

And more than that—
you’re allowed to want to be in a room with other women
who are willing to be just as honest.

I’m Carly Kear.

I create spaces of depth and beauty
where women come together in real life—
to speak openly, to be seen, and to build real connection and deep sisterhood.

This is the Coven.

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a long history of women being feared when they gather.

Not because they were dangerous—
but because they were powerful.

Women in conversation, in honesty, in shared awareness, have always held the ability to see clearly, to name truth, and to change the direction of their lives.

The word coven remembers that.

Because there is a kind of freedom
that doesn’t happen in isolation.

It happens in relationship.

It speaks to something older than performance or hierarchy—
a space where women come together not to compete, but to witness, to expand and to support each other in becoming.

It is about returning to something real.

Sisterhood is where our power activates.
And together is where we begin to set one another free.

The Coven is for women who:

  • feel the pull toward something more—and are ready to respond to it
  • have outgrown surface-level spaces and conversations
  • are willing to be honest about what they desire
  • want lives that feel as good as they look
  • are ready to be seen—and to see others in return

There are a few ways to step into this space.

The Coven — Nashville

A small, in-person gathering of women.

We meet in a private setting, with space to think, speak, and be with what is real.

This is where the work becomes immediate—
relational, and alive.

Trust.
Clarity.
A deeper sense of connection to yourself
and to the women beside you.

Coven is a haven, a safe space, a portal for alchemy.

Women have long been taught that we need to do things alone and that’s the exact opposite of how we flourish. When we are together, we thrive. When we embrace sisterhood, we find our voice. When we find our voice, we speak our desires and change our lives.

The Coven is a small, in-person gathering of women who meet consistently over a season. Each session includes 12 gatherings, held from January through June and September through December. We meet in a private setting, with space to arrive as we are and speak about what’s real.

Each gathering begins with every woman being seen and heard in what’s present in her life. From there, the conversation opens up. Over time, clarity deepens, trust builds, and decisions begin to take shape. Watching other women move through change has a way of making it possible in your own life.

There is space here for all of it—honesty, emotion, and the full range of what it means to be in a room like this together. There is laughter, there are moments that feel tender, and there’s a growing sense of being able to take up space more fully.

Throughout the season, there are also gatherings woven in that bring the body back into the experience—sound baths, time by the water, quiet movement, and shared evenings. They aren’t separate from the work, but part of being in a life that feels more present, more connected, and more fully lived.

And somewhere along the way, you stop holding yourself back and begin to want more—and actually let yourself have it.

Desire stops being something you think about, and becomes something you live, with women beside you who are choosing to do the same.
