Carly has been called a wish doctor for her ability to help clients uncover what they truly desire—and begin to build their lives from that place.
The women who find her work come from many different worlds— mothers, founders, Grammy-winning artists and women quietly reimagining their lives. What they share is a desire for sisterhood and deep-rooted community. They share a readiness to be more honest about what they want, and a willingness to move toward it.
Carly creates spaces where that kind of clarity can emerge.
Through the Coven and through private 1:1 work, she brings women into conversation—with themselves and with each other—so they can see more clearly, speak more honestly, and begin to shape lives that feel true to them. These women can be witnessed, often for the first time in their lives while in a safe space among other women.
Her work is not about fixing or directing. It is about creating the conditions where something real can be seen, claimed, and lived. Desires pave the way to a new reality where you are the main character of your life.
When Carly isn’t working with clients, she is serious about creating joy in life. She loves to travel the world, curl up with a good book by the fire, write, and have impromptu dance parties under the disco ball in her living room. Some of her favorite things in life include hiking, tea parties, cooking and spending time with friends. She values ritual, connection and laughter. After spending so much time traveling the world (she’s been to 74 countries) she knows that we are all much more similar than we are different. Carly lives in Nashville with her husband and daughter and their very fluffy dog named Shiro. Carly is currently working on her first book.
